My client is looking for 3 Civil Design Engineers to work out of their office based in Swillington, Leeds. ). They will join a growing multi-disciplinary design team who are focussed on doing temporary and permanent engineering design for work are directly delivering for AMP8 frameworks including the stormwater alliance. We are looking for: – 2x candidates with an engineering degree and 1 – 3 years of site and/or design experience on civil engineering projects, ideally within the water industry. – 1x candidate with 3 – 5 years of experience, including design of temporary works and reinforced concrete structures. Their day-to-day responsibilities will include: – Completing all aspects of Civil engineering design for projects: Briefs, calculations, reviews of other’s designs, risk assessments, drawings, etc. – Co-ordinating with the CAD Team to create and review drawings / models of their designs. – Co-ordinating with site delivery teams to get input on constructability and preferred methods of construction. – Input into various reviews of designs, such as HAZOPS, ALMs, Stage Gate reviews. – &n…
