We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join a leading M&E contractor delivering works on a pharmaceutical campus in Windlesham.
This role would suit an Electrical Project Manager with a strong background in commercial construction projects. Previous pharmaceutical or high-level laboratory experience is not essential, as the project is predominantly commercial in nature, incorporating some medical gas installations and associated building services works.
The Role
- Lead and manage electrical building services packages from inception through to completion
- Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, suppliers and client stakeholders
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme and within budget
- Attend and lead project progress meetings
- Oversee commissioning activities and project handover
- Monitor project performance and provide regular reporting to senior management
Requirements
- Proven track record as an Electrical Project Manager within the M&E sector
- Experience delivering commercial projects from pre-construction through to handover
- Strong understanding of LV distribution, lighting, power, containment and electrical building services systems
- Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Experience within pharmaceutical or healthcare environments would be advantageous but is not essential
