We are looking for an entry level Event Administration Assistant. The role serves as a vital link in supporting the administrative functions of the office and events, ensuring the smooth coordination and successful execution of a wide range of tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Office Team to help deliver high-quality events successfully
  • Coordinate closely with the Administration and Operations teams to support the successful delivery of a high volume of events
  • Support the Operations Team by assisting with the attendance and oversight of UK events, as well as representing the team on abroad events in cases of absence
  • Work closely with Colleagues, Managers, Directors, Customers and Suppliers
  • Book travel, accommodation, transport, and tickets

What we are Looking For

  • Confident in multi-tasking between departments and taking initiative with priorities
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Full UK driving licence and valid passport
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends when required (event attendance only)
