Role Description
This is a full‑time role for an Accountant based in Silverstone. The Accountant will oversee day‑to‑day financial operations, including maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable, and performing reconciliations. Key responsibilities also include preparing financial reports, budgets, and forecasts, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and supporting audits. You will work closely with other departments to ensure effective financial operation and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
- Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliations
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements
- Proficiency in accounting software and financial tools
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Analytical and problem‑solving abilities
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., ACCA, CIMA) are a plus
- Previous experience in the distribution, manufacturing or equipment sector is advantageous
