This Industrial Spray Painter role is ideal for a skilled professional with proven experience applying industrial coatings to C3–C5 corrosion protection standards using a range of spray systems. As an Industrial Spray Painter, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality protective finishes that meet strict technical and safety specifications. The Role – Industrial Spray Painter The successful Industrial Spray Painter will be responsible for surface preparation, coating application, and quality inspection across a variety of industrial components. Key Responsibilities Prepare and apply industrial coatings to surfaces requiring C3–C5 corrosion protection Operate airless, air-assisted airless, and conventional pressure pot spray equipment Mix and apply two-pack paints, including epoxy primers Carry out surface preparation, masking, and finishing techniques Inspect coatings to ensure quality, durability, and compliance with specifications Maintain a safe, clean working environment in line with health and safety regulations Requirements Proven experience working as an Industrial Spray Painter Experience using airless, air-assisted airless, and pressure pot spray systems Strong knowledge of two-pack paints and epoxy primers Demonstrated expertise applying coatings in C3–C5 environments Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications High attention to detail and commitment to quality standards Working Hours 40 hours per week Training period: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm Post-training shift pattern: Monday to Thursday: 1:30pm – 10:30pm Friday: 1:30pm – 7:30pm 15% shift allowance applies once on shift pattern Business closed on Bank Holidays Christmas shut-down until after the New Year Benefits We believe that great work starts with feeling valued.
