Are you a strategic leader with a passion for operational excellence and project delivery? We’re looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead our dynamic team of Project Managers and drive efficiency across our organisation.
About The Role
As Operations Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with our strategic goals. You’ll lead workflow optimisation initiatives, foster cross-departmental collaboration, and champion continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Project Managers.
- Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of multiple cross-functional projects.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Analyse and improve operational workflows to boost efficiency.
- Develop dashboards and reports to track performance and inform decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Identify and mitigate risks across operations and projects.
What Were Looking For
- Proven experience in operations management, ideally in a project-driven environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organisational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
