The Opportunity

We are looking to appoint a Minor Works Co-ordinator within our System Support Team (Maintenance Team). This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a controls/automation background who is ready to move into a project coordination role, while still remaining technically involved when required. You will act as the key link between engineers, clients, and internal teams, ensuring minor works projects are delivered efficiently, safely, and to a high standard. The role is primarily office-based, with regular UK-wide site visits. Flexibility is required, including occasional nights and weekends, depending on customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and oversee minor works projects within the system support team
  • Act as the primary point of contact for project planning, scheduling, and execution
  • Ensure engineers have the correct tools, materials, and information to complete works effectively
