Role Description
This is a part-time/ad hoc remote role for a Residential Surveyor. The Residential Surveyor will be responsible for conducting property surveys and/or valuations. They will also prepare detailed reports, provide property valuations, and offer consultation services to clients.
Qualifications
- Assoc RICS, MRICS or FRICS
- Good Report Writing and Property Valuation skills
- Consultation and Client Communication skills
- Experience in the real estate industry
- Ideally a Registered Valuer, but not necessarily.
