An opportunity has arisen for an Office Administrator to work part-time at Core Construction. This position is based at our brand new offices in Margaretting, Essex. The role will be front of house where you will be supporting the day to day running of the business and working closely with the commercial team and site staff.
Predominately your role will consist of the following responsibilities:
- Supporting the commercial team with live and upcoming projects
- Regularly liaising with the operatives on site
- Handling calls, greeting suppliers and clients
- Managing the day to day running of the office (ordering supplies, tools, PPE etc)
- Managing our online paperwork system
- Scheduling services and MOTs for our large fleet of vehicles
- Updating, scheduling and renewing the training for all employees

Part time hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 8am - 5pm. 18 days holiday (bank holidays and Christmas shut down period to be taken within this). Free on-site parking. Start date ASAP. Driving license is essential due to the location of our office.
