The predicted salary is between 13 - 16 £ per hour.
We are seeking a talented and creative Part-Time Social Media Content Creator working two to three days per week with Clare Smyth and her team by helping bring the energy, craft, and people behind the scenes to life across social media. This role is primarily based in Chelsea/Notting Hill; however, it will be required to work on location depending on events and projects throughout the year. This is a hands-on, creative role suited to someone who thrives in fast-paced hospitality environments and has a strong visual eye, storytelling instincts, and confidence working closely with chefs and front-of-house teams.
The Role
- Creating content for Instagram with occasional adaptation for other social channels as required
- Collaborate closely with kitchen and front-of-house teams to capture authentic, high-quality content
- Create engaging social media content including: Short-form video (Reels), Photography, Behind-the-scenes and service moments, People-focused storytelling
- Edit and prepare content for posting (editing days can be completed remotely)
- Ensure content aligns with brand tone, quality, and luxury positioning
Personal Specification
- Proven experience creating social media content, ideally within hospitality, food, or luxury brands
- Strong skills in content capture and editing (video and photography)
- Confident working in live service environments
- Organised, proactive, and able to work independently
- A strong understanding of Instagram trends, formats, and best practices
- Comfortable communicating and building rapport with chefs and service teams
