- Core Responsibilities
- Prepare estimates and Tax extension calculations to assist with US tax for Federal, State, and Local tax returns for the firm's legal entities.
- Arrange tax accounting calculations and work papers in compliance with ASC740.
- Collect and analyse data.
- Conduct validation controls on internal systems data.
- Prepare Federal and separate state tax returns and tax return work papers for multiple legal entities across different businesses.
- Perform tax research.
- Correspond with taxing authorities on deficiency notices.
- Conduct ad hoc duties to support the Tax Manager of the US Corporate tax team.
- Continuously learn and implement standard processes.
