Are you an experienced Administrator looking to develop your career within compliance and financial services?
Our client, a specialist compliance consultancy supporting a broad range of financial services organisations, is seeking a Team Assistant to join their growing team in Glasgow.
This varied role offers the opportunity to support a busy compliance function in a regulated environment.
- Experience in a siimailr administrative or business support position.
- Excellent organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- The ability to prioritise competing workloads and work effectively using your own initiative.
- A proactive approach with a willingness to take ownership of your work.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook.
Core Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the compliance team.
- Maintain accurate compliance records, logs and internal databases.
- Organise and manage compliance documentation, ensuring records remain accurate and appropriately version controlled.
- Monitor shared team inboxes and ensure enquiries are directed to the appropriate colleagues.
- Assist with sales and marketing administration, including reviewing documentation and social media content.
- Prepare and collate information required for regulatory application forms.
- Provide wider administrative support across the business as required.
