Our client, a respected accountancy firm, is seeking a Wealth Management Administrator to join their team in Dunfermline. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to the Paraplanners and Financial Advisors, helping ensure smooth operations and a high-quality client experience. This opportunity is ideal for an organised, detail-oriented individual with equivalent administrative experience.
Qualifications:
- Experience in a similar Wealth Management or Financial Services Administrator role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong organisational skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a busy environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, professional approach.
- Strong team player with the ability to build effective working relationships.
- Experience using financial planning systems such as Intelligent Office and familiarity with major provider platforms is advantageous.
Core Responsibilities:
- Act as a professional point of contact for client queries and provide ongoing administrative support.
- Assist with the preparation and distribution of client review documentation, including fact finds, valuations and meeting packs.
- Process new business applications across pensions and investment products.
- Liaise with product providers to obtain information and track application progress.
- Maintain accurate and compliant client records using internal systems.
- Ensure documentation is complete, up to date and stored in line with regulatory requirements.
- Support advisers and paraplanners with diary management and scheduling client meetings.
- Assist with gathering information required for suitability reports and wider wealth management processes.
