Core-Asset Consulting is working with a growing wealth management firm to recruit a Client Services Executive to join their team in Edinburgh on a full-time basis. This role offers the opportunity to support front-office teams in delivering a high standard of service to clients. You will play a key role in ensuring operational efficiency, maintaining accurate client records, and supporting the end-to-end client lifecycle. This role offers professional qualification sponsorship and strong progression opportunities.
Experience:
- Experience in a similar financial services role.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- High level of organisation and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage workload effectively and meet deadlines.
- Proactive approach with a strong focus on client service.
- Experience using CRM systems is advantageous.
- Willingness to develop knowledge and relevant industry qualifications.
Core Responsibilities:
- Act as a point of contact for clients and intermediaries, responding to queries and maintaining accurate records.
- Support portfolio-related activity, including processing payments and handling incoming funds.
- Prepare client meeting materials and assist with reporting, including quarterly valuations.
- Support client onboarding processes, including KYC and suitability checks.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing service delivery.
- Maintain client documentation in line with regulatory and internal requirements.
- Work closely with Risk & Compliance to ensure adherence to relevant regulations.
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure client data is accurate and up to date.
