Customer Service Advisor (16575) Edinburgh, Scotland
Core-Asset Consulting is working with a leading financial services organisation to recruit a number of Customer Service Advisers.
There are opportunities across two areas of the operation: administration and telephony.
Both roles are focused on delivering a high standard of service and positive customer outcomes within a fast-paced operational environment.
These are contract roles running until the end of May 2027 and based in the Gyle area of Edinburgh.
Essential Skills
- Previous experience in a customer service, administrative or operational environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to process information accurately.

- Process customer and adviser requests accurately and within agreed service levels.
- Investigate and resolve customer and adviser queries, liaising with internal teams and stakeholders where required.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update information in line with business procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Act as a first point of contact for advisers and customers through telephony and digital support channels (telephony role).
- Support outbound customer contact and complete customer requests. (telephony role)
- Handle inbound customer and adviser queries once fully trained (telephony role).
