Our client, a leading financial services firm, is seeking an experienced PMO Manager to join their team. In this role, you will be overseeing governance frameworks and project delivery.

Skills/Experience

  • Experience in a PMO management role, overseeing governance frameworks and project delivery
  • Experience in a regulated financial services environment
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Proven capability in portfolio management, resource planning and budget control
  • Proficiency with PMO or project management tools and the Microsoft Office suite
  • Project management methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile, Prince2 or Scrum
  • Strong problem‑solving skills

Core Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of the firm’s change framework, methodologies and tools.
  • Ensure consistent adherence to project governance and quality assurance processes.
  • Oversee portfolio planning, resource management and reporting to support informed decision‑making.
  • Monitor project performance through KPIs and ensure timely, on‑budget delivery of agreed outcomes.
  • Prepare and present executive‑level reporting and dashboards on project portfolio health.
  • Act as an escalation point and provide guidance on project risks, issues and dependencies.
