Responsibilities
- Advising on a broad range of commercial, regulatory and corporate legal issues.
- Identifying, monitoring and escalating legal risks, including in relation to new regulatory developments.
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a range of commercial agreements, ensuring regulatory compliance and protecting the organisation's commercial position.
- Supporting corporate and governance matters alongside the Company Secretariat team.
- Assisting with compliance
- Supporting the management of contractual disputes.
- Working with external counsel on key projects.
Skills and Expeirence
Essential
- Good understanding of general commercial legal principles and commercial contracts.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently, with support of senior lawyers in the team (depending on experience).
- Strong communication skills and stakeholder management.

- Experience in corporate law or litigation.
- Experience in data protection law.
- Private practice experience at a large commercial law firm.
