Core-Asset Consulting is supporting a leading global asset management firm, based in Edinburgh, in the appointment of a Global Revenues Analyst on a contract basis, running to January 2027. This role sits within their finance function where you will be responsible for revenue accounting and reporting, offering exposure to a complex, high-volume environment within financial services. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring accurate revenue recognition and maintaining strong financial controls in line with US GAAP.
Essential Skills/Experience

- Part-qualified CA / ACA / ACCA / CIMA preferred.
- Prior experience within financial services is desirable, ideally within investment management.
Core Responsibilities
- Maintain strong controls and procedures relating to the general ledger.
- Review and record actual and accrual revenue entries in accordance with US GAAP.
- Analyse monthly revenue and accruals, providing clear commentary and insights.
- Perform invoice processing and balance sheet account reconciliations at month end.
- Respond to ad-hoc queries and support special projects, including updates to operational policies and procedures.
- Provide analysis and commentary on revenue and debtor positions.
