Employment Type: Full-Time (Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm)

Expected hours: 35 Hours per week

Pay: Up to £12.21/hour (National Living Wage) – Paid Monthly

The Role:

We’re looking for a driven and dependable Warehouse Assistant to join our core operations team. If you love being on your feet, working in a fast-paced environment, and playing a part in getting high-performance gear into the hands of riders across the globe – this role’s for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick, pack and dispatch customer and wholesale orders accurately
• Unload and check incoming stock deliveries
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment
• Assist with regular stock checks and inventory counts
• Operate basic warehouse equipment (training provided)
• Support other team members and contribute to smooth daily operations
• Collaborating closely with E-commerce and Procurement teams to ensure seamless stock control and reporting
• Process returned orders

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous warehouse or stockroom experience is a bonus, but not essential
• Good attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Physically fit and able to work on your feet throughout the day
• Reliable, punctual and a team player
• Interest in action sports is a bonus, but not required

Licence/Certification:

• Forklift Licence (preferred)
• Driving Licence (preferred)
