Core3 is working with a well-established professional services firm to recruit a Senior Credit Controller. This is a key position within the finance function, combining hands-on working capital management with leadership responsibility.

As a Senior Credit Controller, you'll work closely with Partners and senior stakeholders, helping improve cash performance while leading and developing a team. You'll play a visible role in strengthening processes and driving better commercial outcomes.

How you'll make an impact:

  • Take ownership of working capital across assigned departments and key clients
  • Partner with stakeholders to reduce debt, WIP, and overall exposure
  • Lead review meetings on complex matters, providing clear direction and challenge
  • Oversee the billing cycle, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing and cash collection
  • Act as a senior point of expertise on revenue control and billing issues
  • Ensure adherence to policies, including discounts and write-offs
  • Identify and implement improvements to billing processes and systems
  • Manage, coach, and develop Revenue Controllers and Billing Assistants
  • Handle escalations and resolve complex or sensitive client issues
