This is your opportunity to become no.1. How you\’ll make an impact You\’ll play a pivotal part in driving growth and realising vision; contributing to everything from strategic input and operational management to acting as high-level business-partner, driving profit maximisation and much more. It\’s hard to understate how big an impact you will have on the company\’s future success. Duties include but are not limited to: Manage and develop the finance team (+8 heads). Drive workflows, efficiencies, and processes into the 21st century (client portals, AI, process automation). Develop operational handbooks and best practices. Act as a Fractional FD, contributing to board meetings, forecasting, and cash flow management. Oversee corporate tax, end-of-year accounts, and confirmation statements. Deliver management accounts for larger clients. Implement and optimize project accounting systems using Xero. Develop and implement strategy
