This is a permanent opportunity for an ACA or ACCA qualified accountant with strong audit experience who wants to develop their career across financial reporting, financial controls and international accounting. You'll work closely with senior finance leadership, using your technical accounting and audit knowledge to improve reporting, challenge existing processes and strengthen financial controls. How you'll make an impact Take ownership of month-end reporting, ensuring financial information is accurate and delivered on time Coordinate external audits, managing audit queries, supporting schedules and financial reporting requirements Review accounting processes and identify opportunities to strengthen internal controls Support internal audit activities, assessing risks and addressing control weaknesses Challenge balance sheet reconciliations and resolve complex accounting issues Support group consolidations across multiple entities and currencies Improve financial reporting processes and maintain strong accounting standards Provide technical guidance and support to international finance colleagues Manage and develop a member of the finance team, reviewing their work and supporting their progression Work with senior stakeholders to improve financial governance and reporting quality Why you're a great fit You'll be a fully qualified ACA or ACCA accountant with a strong technical accounting background and experience in external audit, financial reporting or financial controls. We're particularly interested in candidates from an audit background in accountancy practice who are looking to make their first move into industry, although those already working in industry are equally welcome.
