How you'll make an impact- Prepare and review monthly management accounts across multiple entities
- Deliver accurate financial reporting and support month-end close activities
- Provide financial insight and analysis to support operational and commercial decision-making
- Partner with stakeholders across the business to improve understanding of financial performance
- Support balance sheet reviews, reconciliations, and cash flow management
- Assist with VAT reporting and wider compliance activities
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and strengthen financial controls
- Analyse trends and performance data to support strategic planning
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities across the business
- Mentor and support junior finance team members
- Build strong relationships across finance and operational teams
- ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified
- Experience within a Finance Manager, Management Accountant, Financial Accountant, or similar finance role
- Strong understanding of financial reporting and month-end processes
- Strong analytical capability and attention to detail
- Confident communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders across the business
- Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis activities
- Positive and proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
- Experience supporting or mentoring junior finance professionals
- Experience working within a multi-entity or international environment would be beneficial
- Comfortable operating within a fast-paced and evolving business environment
