You'll work in a dynamic tax team that sits at the heart of the business, providing critical support across compliance, reporting, and project work-particularly in areas such as M&A, indirect tax, SAP transformation, and sustainability-linked initiatives. Based in Bristol, with flexible hybrid working (3-4 days in the office), this Senior Tax Manager role offers real influence and progression potential.
How you'll make an impact
As Senior Tax Manager, you'll report directly to the UK Director of Tax & Treasury and play a key role in shaping the tax agenda for the group. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading UK corporate tax compliance, reporting, and planning activities across multiple entities.
- Acting as a senior advisor on complex tax matters including transfer pricing, interest deductibility, CFCs, and loss utilisation.
- Supporting integration of recent acquisitions and major capital projects such as carbon capture and sustainability ventures.
- Playing a critical role in indirect tax and wider business projects, including SAP S/4HANA implementation.
- Reviewing tax disclosures for statutory accounts and managing HMRC enquiries.
- Supporting continuous improvement of tax governance and controls across the group.
This is a visible and commercially impactful position with broad exposure across UK and international tax, finance, and operations.
