Core3 is delighted to be partnering with a purpose-driven organisation on a retained basis to recruit a Purchase Ledger Assistant to join their North Somerset office.

How you'll make an impact
- Own the end-to-end Purchase Ledger process
- Process high-volume invoices, including matching, batching, and coding
- Support digital invoice processing and automation tools
- Prepare and run weekly payment runs, including ad hoc payments
- Maintain supplier accounts and resolve queries
- Complete supplier statement reconciliations
- Perform bank and ledger reconciliations
- Support month-end close, including accruals and Purchase Ledger reconciliations
- Contribute to cashflow forecasting through accurate supplier tracking
- Partner with the Finance Manager to improve controls
- Identify and implement process improvements across purchase-to-pay

- Working knowledge of double entry and finance fundamentals
- Confident using Excel and finance systems
