- Support finance transformation and process improvement initiatives across multiple business areas
- Help redesign finance and operational processes to improve efficiency, scalability, and control

Strong understanding of finance processes and operational finance environments. Experience within finance transformation, process improvement, shared services, or operational finance roles. ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified candidates are welcomed, but not essential. We're equally interested in candidates who have built experience through finance operations and transformation-focused roles. Comfortable working across finance, systems, and operational teams. Experience supporting change, transformation, or systems improvement initiatives would be beneficial.
