As a Senior Finance Transformation Manager, you'll work closely with senior finance leadership, operational stakeholders, and digital teams to redesign processes, improve controls, and help shape future operating models across the wider business. How you'll make an impact:
- Lead end-to-end finance transformation and process improvement initiatives across multiple countries and functions
- Redesign finance and operational processes to improve efficiency, scalability, and control
- Partner with senior stakeholders to shape future operating models and transformation roadmaps
- Support finance automation and digital transformation initiatives across the business
- Work closely with finance, operations, and systems teams to identify improvement opportunities
- Challenge existing ways of working and drive simplification across finance processes and controls
- Support the delivery of AI-enabled and technology-driven transformation initiatives
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder sessions, and process mapping activities
- Coach and support transformation analysts across a range of projects
- Drive continuous improvement and transformation best practice across the wider finance function
