As a Finance Transformation Manager, you'll work closely with finance stakeholders, operational teams, and transformation specialists to support strategic change initiatives across the wider business. You'll gain exposure to automation, finance transformation, process redesign, and continuous improvement projects within a collaborative international environment, offering strong long-term development opportunities.
How you'll make an impact:- Support finance transformation and process improvement initiatives across multiple business areas
- Help redesign finance and operational processes to improve efficiency, scalability, and control
- Partner with finance, operations, and systems teams to identify improvement opportunities
- Support automation and digital transformation projects across the business
- Assist with process mapping, workshops, and stakeholder engagement activities
- Drive improvements across finance controls, reporting, and operational processes
- Challenge existing ways of working and support simplification initiatives
- Work closely with transformation teams to support project delivery
- Support continuous improvement and operational excellence activities
- Help deliver scalable and sustainable finance process improvements across international operations
- Strong understanding of finance processes and operational finance environments
- Experience within finance transformation, process improvement, shared services, or operational finance roles
- ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified candidates are welcomed, but not essential
- We're equally interested in candidates who have built experience through finance operations and transformation-focused roles
- Comfortable working across finance, systems, and operational teams
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Interest in automation, process improvement, and operational efficiency
- Experience supporting change, transformation, or systems improvement initiatives would be beneficial
