Core3 is partnering with a rapidly growing international consumer business to recruit a Senior Management Accountant, based in Bath. This is an excellent opportunity to join a commercially focused finance team within a global organisation continuing to scale across international markets. This role offers strong exposure across reporting, commercial finance, and operational performance, giving you the opportunity to influence decision-making while supporting the continued development of the finance function.

How you'll make an impact
- Produce and review monthly management accounts across multiple business entities
- Deliver accurate financial reporting and support month-end close activities
- Provide financial insight and analysis to support operational and commercial decision-making
- Partner with teams across the business to improve understanding of financial performance
- Support balance sheet reviews, reconciliations, and cash flow management
- Assist with VAT reporting and wider compliance activities
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and financial controls
- Analyse trends and performance data to support strategic planning
- Mentor and support junior finance team members
- Build strong relationships across finance and operational teams
Why you're a great fit
Essential
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) or equivalent
- Experience within a Management Accountant or similar finance role
- Strong understanding of month-end processes and financial reporting
- Strong analytical capability and attention to detail
- Confident communicator, able to work effectively with stakeholders across the business
- Organised and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Positive and proactive approach to problem-solving
- Experience supporting or mentoring junior finance professionals
Desirable
- Experience working within a multi-entity or international business
- Exposure to IFRS or group reporting requirements
- Experience improving finance processes or controls
- Background within a fast-paced consumer, retail, ecommerce, or product-led environment
