This is an exciting opportunity to join a business at a pivotal stage of its growth. As Head of Financial Operations, you'll lead a critical function while helping shape the future of finance through a major systems transformation. You'll combine operational leadership with continuous improvement, driving efficiencies, strengthening controls, and creating scalable processes that support the next phase of the business's growth.
How you'll make an impact:
- Lead the day-to-day financial operations across Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash and Banking
- Own working capital performance, cash flow forecasting, and treasury activities
- Drive financial control across transactional finance processes
- Lead the implementation of a new finance system, supporting process design, testing, and successful delivery
- Identify opportunities to automate processes and improve operational efficiency
- Oversee month-end activities across the transactional finance function
- Support audit requirements and maintain a strong control environment
- Develop and lead a high-performing transactional finance team
- Partner with stakeholders across the business to improve finance processes and performance
- Prepare the finance function for the future integration of payroll
