Building profitability tools that reflect true cost-to-serve by product and service. Developing pricing models, ROI frameworks and commercial bids for new sites, partnerships and M&A activity. Supporting business cases for digital initiatives such as e-commerce and inventory tracking. Linking operational drivers β like visitor numbers or occupancy β to financial forecasts. Strong Excel skills and familiarity with Power BI or similar analytics tools. The ability to distil complex data into actionable insight.
