Core3 is recruiting for an Accounts Assistant to join our client, a well-established professional services organisation with a strong reputation for quality, trust and consistent growth.
How you'll make an impact
- Support the finance team with the accurate processing of financial transactions and help maintain strong financial controls.
- Process daily payments and receipts, ensuring accurate posting to the ledger.
- Support accounts payable by processing purchase invoices and preparing supplier payments.
- Assist with billing activity and ensure cases are invoiced correctly.
- Manage payments to clients and third parties while maintaining accurate records.
- Investigate and resolve outstanding or residual balances on accounts.
- Respond to finance queries from operational teams across the business.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure transactions meet compliance requirements.
- Assist with month-end tasks, including reconciliations and reporting support.
- Help improve finance processes and support the smooth running of the finance function.
