Core3 is partnering with an organisation to recruit a Finance Transformation Manager opportunity in Bristol. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing transformation function within an international environment, supporting large-scale process improvement, automation, and finance transformation initiatives across multiple countries and business functions.

How you'll make an impact:

  • Support finance transformation and process improvement initiatives across multiple business areas
  • Help redesign finance and operational processes to improve efficiency, scalability, and control
  • Partner with finance, operations, and systems teams to identify improvement opportunities
  • Support automation and digital transformation projects across the business
  • Assist with process mapping, workshops, and stakeholder engagement activities
  • Drive improvements across finance controls, reporting, and operational processes
  • Challenge existing ways of working and support simplification initiatives
  • Work closely with transformation teams to support project delivery
  • Support continuous improvement and operational excellence activities
  • Help deliver scalable and sustainable finance process improvements across international operations

  • ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified candidates are welcomed, but not essential
