Why our client is excited about you:
- You are experienced, self-sufficient, and value quality communication.

- Strong communicator with a proactive approach to handovers and joint working.
- Able to work from the South Gloucestershire office, 2.5 days per week.
- Proven ability to lead and develop team members, ideally with experience in managing a small finance team or mentoring junior staff through complex reporting and month-end responsibilities.

- Part-time hours in a senior role.
- Office-based working in a supportive, high-performing team.
