We are partnering with a successful and growing organisation to recruit a Finance Manager. This is a pivotal role within the finance team, responsible for managing cashflow, forecasting, and financial control to support the company's ongoing growth and stability.

How you'll make an impact

As Finance Manager, you'll take ownership of cash management, forecasting, and financial reporting. You'll work closely with senior finance and operational teams to provide clarity, challenge, and support.

Key responsibilities:

  • Producing and communicating daily and weekly cash forecasts
  • Managing and improving short- and long-term cashflow forecasting
  • Overseeing supplier payment runs and ensuring strong working capital discipline
  • Preparing and submitting information to key stakeholders and lenders
  • Delivering insightful analysis on cashflow, performance, and treasury metrics
  • Supporting senior finance with scenario planning and modelling
  • Partnering with operational teams to improve forecasting accuracy and efficiency
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements across finance operations

You're an experienced Finance Manager or Treasury professional with strong analytical ability and excellent stakeholder management skills. You enjoy bringing structure to complexity and thrive in an environment where finance adds real business value.
