Job Description

FP&A Analyst - FTCCore3 is delighted to be working with an established organisation in Bristol to recruit an FP&A Analyst to join its finance team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

As FP&A Analyst, you'll work closely with finance and commercial stakeholders, providing insight that supports decision-making and helps drive profitability.

How you'll make an impact Deliver meaningful financial analysis to support commercial and operational decision-making Support the budgeting and forecasting process across the business Produce and maintain accurate month-end reporting Partner with finance and operational teams to provide insight into business performance Respond to ad hoc reporting requests and identify more efficient ways to deliver information Help develop self-service reporting and financial dashboards Improve reporting processes and identify opportunities to increase efficiency Support projects focused on profitability, pricing, and business performance Why you're a great fit Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA), or equivalent Strong experience in an FP&A or commercial finance role Experience producing financial analysis that drives business decisions Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills What you'll get in return As an FP&A Analyst, you'll join a collaborative finance team where you'll have the opportunity to influence decision-making and contribute to meaningful business improvements.£60,000-£65,000 salary12-month fixed-term contract Hybrid working We welcome applications from all qualified candidates who believe they meet the role requirements.
