How you'll make an impact
- Partner with senior stakeholders to improve performance and decision-making
- Deliver accurate forecasting and support the budgeting cycle
- Lead pricing analysis to strengthen profitability
- Build and refine financial modelling to support strategic plans
- Provide insight through management accounts and regular performance reviews
- Strengthen financial control across commercial activities
- Improve working capital, including cash flow and WIP management
- Collaborate with FP&A to align planning and reporting
- Support and develop Commercial Business Partners within the team
- Contribute to cross-functional initiatives to improve commercial performance

- You'll be a qualified accountant (ACA)
- Strong experience in business partnering, forecasting, and financial modelling
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Experience supporting or mentoring finance professionals
- Commercial mindset with a focus on performance and profitability
- Trained within a top-tier or large international accountancy practice, or with an equivalent technical foundation
Desirable
- Experience supporting pricing strategy and commercial decision-making
