How you'll make an impact:- Support finance transformation and process improvement initiatives across multiple business areas
- Help redesign finance and operational processes to improve efficiency, scalability, and control
- Partner with finance, operations, and systems teams to identify improvement opportunities
- Support automation and digital transformation projects across the business
- Assist with process mapping, workshops, and stakeholder engagement activities
- Drive improvements across finance controls, reporting, and operational processes
- Challenge existing ways of working and support simplification initiatives
- Work closely with transformation teams to support project delivery
- Support continuous improvement and operational excellence activities
- Help deliver scalable and sustainable finance process improvements across international operations
- Strong understanding of finance processes and operational finance environments
- Experience within finance transformation, process improvement, shared services, or operational finance roles
- ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified candidates are welcomed, but not essential
- We're equally interested in candidates who have built experience through finance operations and transformation-focused roles
- Comfortable working across finance, systems, and operational teams
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Interest in automation, process improvement, and operational efficiency
- Experience supporting change, transformation, or systems improvement initiatives would be beneficial
