This permanent, fully remote opportunity is ideal for a qualified accountant 1/2 years post-qualification who enjoys taking ownership, building effective finance processes and working closely with senior leadership.
You'll play a key role in bringing finance operations in-house, with the opportunity to shape how the function develops as the business expands internationally.
Why join our client
Our client is a growing business with a strong culture of trust, flexibility and personal responsibility. People are encouraged to manage their own time, take ownership of their work and contribute ideas that make a difference.

Manage revenue recognition and deferred income, ensuring accurate accounting and reporting.
Strengthen financial controls, VAT compliance and statutory reporting processes.
Coordinate external audit requirements and support the organisation's first audit.
Contribute to budgeting, forecasting and cash flow planning.
Improve finance systems and reporting, including identifying opportunities for automation.
Support international accounting activities and the development of scalable finance processes.
Why you're a great fit
You'll be a qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA or ACA) with strong technical accounting knowledge and practical experience across the finance cycle.
We're looking for someone who is comfortable getting into the detail while also recognising opportunities to improve how finance operates.
You'll bring:
Experience managing month-end close and preparing management accounts.
Strong knowledge of journals, accruals, prepayments and balance sheet reconciliations.

What you'll get in return
As Finance Manager, you'll have the freedom to manage your working day, direct access to senior leadership and the opportunity to help build a finance function from the ground up.
