Do you put your customer’s needs at the heart of everything you do, ensuring that you deliver a high standard and professional service to your customers? As a Vehicle Movement Specialist, your role is primarily to collect and deliver customer vehicles as well as assisting our customers in our busy yard and with general vehicle movement.

Working Hours: 7.00am to 5.00pm with 1 hour unpaid lunch break Monday to Friday - 45 hours per week.

Salary: £29,741.40 per annum

Role Responsibilities:

  • Timely and efficient vehicle collections and deliveries as directed by the Service Manager/Workshop Controller
  • Moving vehicles on and off site
  • Moving vehicles around the site – ready for workshop repairs to be completed
  • Reporting all vehicle accidents, damages, and faults promptly and in accordance with company policy
  • Completion of necessary administrative tasks as required by the client
  • Always ensuring the security of customers’ vehicles and their property
  • Adhering to HSE policies and utilising personal protective equipment (PPE) when necessary
  • Maintaining professional appearance and delivering customer service in line with company policy

Qualifications:

  • Full UK drivers licence, held for a minimum of 5 years
  • Previous or current experience in a similar role
  • Reliable, flexible, positive and professional
  • A ‘Can-do’ attitude, with willingness to take on any task
  • Good team player with the ability to plan and prioritise own workload
  • Exceptional customer service and communications skills
  • Ability to handle customer complaints and diffuse difficult situations calmly
  • Applicants must be over the age of 25 for insurance stipulations
  • No more than 6 points accepted for minor driving offences; no DR10s
  • Applicants must be based in the United Kingdom
