Commercial Vehicle Diagnostic & Repair Technician required to join our team

Cordwallis Group has been part of the VAG Group for over 40 years and we are looking for a skilled and flexible Commercial Vehicle Diagnostic & Repair Technician to join our team at our Heathrow location!

Working as part of the Heathrow Volkswagen Commercial Vehicle Team, you will be responsible for completing repair works and diagnostic appointments on our customers vehicles along with routine maintenance, servicing & mechanical repairs.

Think Turbo, Gearbox, Engine & Fuel System replacements - and so much more.

We welcome applications from technicians with a diagnostic qualification from any Manufacturer.

A training needs assessment will be completed during your probation to determine the level of training required to cross over your current skills to the Volkswagen CV standard.

  • OTE – up to £49,000+ per annum (uncapped)
  • Basic Salary: £41,000
  • OTE includes approx 4 hours of Overtime worked per week plus the Saturday rota – but is uncapped.
  • Overtime usually available
  • Basic hours are 40 per week
  • Monday to Friday with Saturday morning rota (1 in 3 mornings paid at 1.5)

Did you know that if you hold an EV qualification you could earn another £2,000 per annum! Proof of qualification will be required

You’ll carry out diagnosis and repairs for customers as well as services, maintenance, and repairs on some of the most respected light commercials in the industry and will enjoy continued development and training at our industry-leading training centres.
