Cordwallis Heathrow has a vacancy to join our Vehicle Movement Team in our HGV Division.

This role will mainly involve vehicle movement in our very busy yard - getting vehicles ready for inspections, unblocking customers, ensuring that customers have parking options available as well as some MOT runs to local DVSA ATF sites and/or collection/deliveries.

Workshop / Yard duties required – clearing/tidying during quieter periods.

This role suits an HGV Driver who likes to be home each night - there are no overnight or late night runs required within this role.

The right candidate will have a 'can-do' with a willingness to pitch in to help colleagues and customers.

Successful candidates will hold a class 1 or 2 licence and have at least 12 months experience of HGV Driving, knowledge of tacho rules and driving hours.

Working Hours - 8.00am to 5.00pm with 1 hour unpaid lunch break Monday to Friday - 40 hours per week.

Overtime paid at 1.5 after basic hours worked.
