HGV Diagnostic Technician
Skilled and flexible HGV Diagnostic Technician required to join our team at Heathrow!
Working as part of the Heathrow HGV Team, you will be responsible for completing diagnostic appointments as well as repairs identified on our customers vehicles.
Routine maintenance inspections, servicing, general repairs will also be required at times.
We will also commit to developing you further to increase your knowledge of our Brands and ensuring repairs are completed within manufacturer guidelines.

- Realistic Earnings
- Basic Salary up to £42,000+ depending on your experience to date
- Shift Payments made when late shift worked
- Basic hours are 40 per week
- In addition an achievable productivity bonus up to £6,000 per annum available on reaching targets (paid monthly)
- Overtime readily available
- Weekends and outside of basic hours paid at 1.5
*OTE Based on working 1 in 3 Saturdays of 5 hours and 5 hours overtime per week – more is usually available.
This role is on our Split Shift (alternating weeks)
- Shift 1: Monday to Friday 6am to 2.30pm (30 mins unpaid for lunch) and
- Shift 2: Monday to Friday 2pm – 10.30 pm (30 mins unpaid lunch)
You will be able to increase your pay as you gain more experience and develop your skills, attend training and learn more about our brands.

You’ll work at Cordwallis Group with MAN Truck & Bus products & Isuzu Trucks some of the world’s leading manufacturers of heavy commercial vehicles.
You’ll carry out diagnosis and repairs for customers as well as services, maintenance, and repairs on some of the most respected trucks in the industry and will enjoy continued development and training at our industry-leading training centres.
Let’s be clear – The ICE (Internal Combustion Engine) will continue for the next 25 years and beyond – it isn’t all Electric!

- LGV/HGV/PCV Licence an advantage
- Roadside Assistance Training qualification an advantage
- Bus and coach experience an advantage
- IRTEC accreditation desirable but not essential as we have IRTEC courses available
