The role of Paralegal is an entry level role where no prior Paralegal experience is required so is ideal for those who are looking for an opportunity to get their career in law started in a firm where continued learning and development opportunities are available.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist colleagues with casework under supervision
- Support the drafting and preparation of legal documents
- Communicate with clients and third parties in a professional and timely manner
- Attend meetings, hearings, and appointments where required
- Maintain accurate case records using internal systems
- Provide general administrative support across the business
- Ensure information is recorded clearly and efficiently
Person Specification:
- Educated to GCSE level (or equivalent)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Able to manage tasks efficiently and meet deadlines
- Professional, personable, and able to build rapport with clients and colleagues
- Empathetic and able to sensitively liaise with clients
- A proactive team player with a positive and flexible approach
- Demonstrates motivation and a genuine interest in developing a legal career
