The predicted salary is between 28800 - 48000 £ per year.
Cordis Bright helps our clients deliver improved outcomes across children’s services, adult social care, criminal justice, NHS, domestic abuse, mental health, multiple disadvantage, public health and employment. We do this through evidence-based research, rigorous evaluation and proven consultancy approaches.
Key challenges that we are helping to address include:
- What are the needs of children with complex needs and how do we ensure systems respond effectively?
- How effectively are local authorities, the NHS, independent sector and other partners working together effectively to improve health and wellbeing outcomes across a local area?
- How do you successfully prevent children and young people becoming involved in serious youth violence?
- To what extent, and how, are domestic abuse interventions helping to improve long-term outcomes for families?
- What are the needs of autistic people and their families and how can they best be addressed?
Essential requirements:
- Demonstrable knowledge and experience in one or more of the sectors in which Cordis Bright specialises.
- Clear and evidenced motivation for wanting to join Cordis Bright.
- Knowledge and applied experience of different quantitative research approaches, methods, data collection, management and analysis techniques. Skills in Excel including the use of pivot tables. Experience of producing and interpreting descriptive statistics.
- Knowledge and applied experience of different qualitative research approaches, methods, data collection, management and analysis techniques. Experience of conducting consultations with a range of stakeholders, experience of conducting analysis of qualitative data using thematic analysis or similar approaches.
- Ability to engage sensitively with people who might need support from public or voluntary sector services, including children, young people and adults of all ages. This might be demonstrated through prior experience of engaging with people who might need support or through your own lived experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, in particular report writing, presentations and team working.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Commercial and business acumen.
