Cordia Resources is looking for an ESG Professional for a consulting opportunity. This position will play a key role in supporting the ongoing development of the Environment, Social and Governance (ESG) strategy and program, including improving ESG tracking and reporting, ensuring regulatory compliance. Candidates should have over 5 years of experience in sustainability or finance, and a deep understanding of ESG practices.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate process to aggregate, analyze, and report on sustainability data to ESG frameworks (GRESB, S&P CSA, CDP, ISS, MSCI, Sustainalytics, etc.)
- Creation and administration of new data collection processes and systems to integrate and implement across all aspects of the company to meet ESG data needs
- Research and extract summary narratives for ESG trends impacting the company, users and other ESG stakeholders
- Conduct detailed quality control on the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of ESG information
- Drive continuous system and process improvement to streamline ESG data collection, management, and reporting requirements
- Perform ESG reporting gap analysis to identify disclosure needs and opportunities
