Overview
Cordell & Co is a personal injury law firm based in Dorking, Surrey. It is a second-generation family owned law firm with a pedigree in a wide range of areas of personal injury. Our firm is growing and the opportunity will allow you to operate within a growing, vibrant environment working closely with the owner in their plan to modernise and develop the firm into a top personal injury practice. The candidate must be confident of working with a young owner with an overall goal of growing the firm with organic investment.
Job Specification
The role will require expert knowledge, experience and understanding of paid digital advertising. As the market we are in involves single use services there is very little differentiation between competitors; this means the candidate will have to be comfortable working within the competitive online market. Knowledge of landing page user experience and conversion rate optimisation is also important. Social advertising knowledge is key with experience required for Meta necessary. Technical knowledge is required for managing landing pages. Management and development of our website for SEO purposes is also key. Development of the website whilst keeping LLM applications in mind is also important. Guidance as to the ad copy used in line with the above. Extensive experience is necessary with managing paid marketing campaigns in, ideally, competitive markets. 10+ years would be ideal.
