We are looking for an experienced Personal Injury solicitor to join our team and deal with a mixture of Road Traffic Accident, Employers Liability, Occupiers Liability, Public Liability and other matters. We are looking for passionate individuals to join our dynamic firm.

You will be working within a team that have a busy caseload of Personal Injury Claims. These claims will consist of fast-track and multi-track claims and will consist of all aspects of the case from the pre-action stage up until disposal of the matter at trial.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing a caseload of Personal Injury claims.
  • Use a process of analysis, planning, scheduling, prioritising, action, quality, monitoring, and review.
  • Giving early warning to those affected by changing priorities.
  • Has up-to-the-minute case files readily available.
  • Is capable of formulating robust litigation strategies and ensuring compliance with established strategies in group work.
Required skills and experience:
  • Qualified Solicitor or Barrister.
  • Strong personal injury litigation experience is essential.
  • Good drafting and written skills are essential.
  • The ability to meet time and billing targets is essential.
  • Experience in managing a busy caseload is essential.
  • 2 years post-qualifying experience is desirable.
  • Experience in personal injury claimant work is desirable.
What is on offer:
  • £50,000 - £80,000 pa salary dependant on experience and PQE.
  • Contract Length – 1 year.
  • Dorking, Surrey Location.
  • Potential extension of the 12 months contract.
