We are looking for an experienced Personal Injury Solicitor to join our team and deal with a mixture of Road Traffic Accident, Employers Liability, Occupiers Liability, Public Liability and other matters. You will be working within a team that have a busy caseload of Personal Injury Claims. These claims will consist of fast-track and multi-track claims and will consist of all aspects of the case from the pre-action stage up until disposal of the matter at trial.

Key Responsibilities of the Personal Injury Solicitor:

  • Managing a caseload of Personal Injury claims.
  • Use a process of analysis, planning, scheduling, prioritising, action, quality, monitoring, and review.
  • Is capable of formulating robust litigation strategies and ensuring compliance with established strategies in group work.

Required skills and experience of the Personal Injury Lawyer:

  • Qualified Solicitor or Barrister.
  • Strong personal injury litigation experience is essential.
  • The ability to meet time and billing targets is essential.
