Cordell Beaumont is helping a global maritime technology company expand its footprint across Europe by hiring a Senior Account Executive to drive commercial growth in the region. Based in the United Kingdom, this is a fully remote, full-time role, perfect for a commercially driven sales professional with strong maritime industry relationships and a proven track record in end-to-end B2B SaaS sales.

- Base salary up to £90,000 with c. £170,000 OTE

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead new business development efforts with shipowners, shipmanagers, and other maritime stakeholders across the North European region
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline—from outreach through to closing complex deals
- Represent the company at key industry events, conferences, and trade shows
- Collaborate closely with the global commercial team to align sales strategy and reporting
- Provide insights on regional market dynamics to help shape growth strategy
- Travel regionally and occasionally to HQ for planning sessions and team meetings
Ideal Candidate:
- Based in the UK with full living and working rights (VISA is required)
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management within the maritime sector
- Strong commercial acumen, including experience managing tenders, pricing, and negotiations
- A well-established network of contacts among shipowners, charterers, and other commercial maritime players
- Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate independently while collaborating across time zones
- Fluent in English
- Willingness to travel across the region and internationally when needed
